Health Certificates

Are Required to ship/fly an animal.
The vet is a 45 minute drive for us, so there is a gas charge - please ask (it will depend upon the current cost of gas).
There is also the current cost of the actual Health certificate ~ please ask & we will check with our vet for the current cost.
When a buyer is picking up an animal at our farm or via a show we are attending, a health certificate is provided at the buyers request.
It is completely up to the buyer whether they want to incur the cost in this case.

Shipping

Is something we can do if necessary.
We ship out of Milwaukee Airport, which is 1/2 hour drive for us, therefore there is a gas charge - please ask
 (it will depend upon the current cost of gas).
We have found that it ends up being less costly to the customer if we purchase a crate here & ship the animal in it.
The customer then reimburses the cost & pays for the animal in full prior to shipping.

Sales

Are made on a first come basis (Money down).
An animal can be reserved and held for an agreed upon period of time by calling (262) 705-1417 to confirm availability
 or email vickilolson@gmail.com  When kids hit the ground, they are priced according to quality (Show vs. pet & such).
 Once a decision is made to purchase ~ 1/2 purchase price is Required via money order or check, to hold the animal.
We offer the choice of paying via "Paypal"  There is a 3% charge to customer for this "Paypal Fee". 
 Your animal must be picked up as per arrangement. 
Any animals that are not picked up within the arranged timeframe will pay a daily fee for care & cost thereof.
Full payment is due prior to pickup (ALL checks must be allowed time to clear your bank), or you may make
final payment in cash upon pickup. 
That is your choice. 

Deposits

Paid for an adult animal selected for purchase will not be refunded due to change of heart or circumstance.
Please be sure that you want a specific animal prior to paying a deposit.
Case by case decisions will be considered in regard to exchange of selected animal, once a deposit has been made. 

Reservations

On kids from a specific breeding can be made by calling or emailing to verify availability. 
You will be put on a list of interested parties. 
Reservations are tracked & filled by contact date (Email me with reservations ~ they are printed & kept on file).

Once I have emailed to inform you that kids are on the ground, you have 5 days to respond. 
If you have not responded by that time, those kids will be offered to the next person on my reservation list or listed on my Sales page.

After kids are born, they will be evaluated and priced. 
You will be contacted via phone or email, and should you decide to purchase an available kid,
1/2 purchase price is required via money order or check. 
If final payment has not been made prior to pickup, cash is required at time of pickup.

We reserve the right to retain any kids for our breeding program.
We sometimes trade kids with Health safe farms to attain lines rather than purchase.
This would affect availability of kids as well.  We reserve the right to retain kids for this purpose.
Reservations will be filled as we are able.  Feel free to give a 2nd or 3rd choice when making your reservation.
 
Bottle fed kids are available at 4 weeks of age.
We encourage early pickup if you are able & would like to bottle feed & bond with your new baby goat.
They must be bottle fed for at least 8 weeks, with good quality Hay available for nibbling.
This will help with your transition from bottle to roughage.
In some cases, depending upon each kid, they may need to be bottle fed longer.
As the new owner, that determination is yours to make for the health of your goat.

Guarantee

This guarantee means that the animal meets inspection of buyer upon receipt as thriving without sign of illness or trauma.
The animal should appear and be healthy and fit upon arrival.
If you do not believe this to be the case, you must contact us immediately.
Refund or replacement of animal will be provided if vet check shows any serious fault or illness, which of course,
 covers infertility (verification from your vet will be required)

Any illness attributed to Buyer care or Lack thereof will NOT warrant return of money OR replacement of animal.
Any cost associated with replacement of animal, such as shipping & health certificate, will be the responsibility of buyer.
We strive to treat our customers as we, ourselves, would like to be treated.
We have all experienced the unscrupulous Seller & those experiences are disheartening.
We cannot always please, but we will do our best to try.

Pricing

Final price is determined once kids are born & evaluated.
All bucks will be evaluated once they hit the ground, as will udders of the dam.
This will determine availability of buck/whethers, and price of available buck kids.
