We are fairly new to Nigerian Dwarfs
We have been building our herd
since 2004 & only had
one Nigerian that first year
That would be Lamb Chop's Dam ~ Nyguai

It's been 3 years of searching out the diverse
group of animals you will find below
in our breeding program

I am very excited to see our kids this year
and udders on our 1st Fresheners!
You will see some spectacular
genetic matches below

Buck availability will depend upon Dam's udder upon freshening
Wethers (fixed males) are available as pets for $125

Kids are pulled and bottle fed. Unless a kid resists this, they will be bottle fed until transfer of ownership.  In this instance, the kid would be available for pickup on location or delivered to a show that I am attending as soon as I feel the animal can safely be relocated.  The New owner would have to be experienced in goat handling/care and bottle feeding of newborns to take on this responsibility.  I will not risk a kids health by releasing it before I believe it to be safe.  Generally, a dam raised kid is ready to go at 8 weeks of age & bottle raised approximately 4 weeks of age.

All kids are vaccinated with 2 cc's c/d tetanus at disbudding and 2 cc's at 4 weeks & would require a booster at 7 weeks, which completes the 1st year of vaccination for c/d tetanus.  The does are vaccinated 1 month prior to kidding with c/d tetanus & Bo-Se as well as receiving A, D & B vitamin shots, as needed, prior to kidding.
